Common questions, honest answers.
Is it really free?
Yes. The first 100 members get full access at no cost, for as long as they're part of the community. After the first 100 join, new members pay $49/month. There's no trial period and no hidden charge, it's simply free while founding spots last.
I've never run before. Can I train for a 10K or Half Marathon?
Absolutely. You do not need to be fast or experienced to start. The first goal is simply to build consistency, increase your running gradually, and give your body enough time to adapt. Start where you are, not where someone else is.
Do I need to run fast every day to get better?
No, this is one of the biggest mistakes beginners make. Most of your running should feel controlled and easy. Easy runs build your aerobic engine and let you recover so you can perform properly when it's time for a harder session.
Why do runners need strength training?
Running alone doesn't build everything you need. Strength training helps you become stronger, more stable, and more durable. The goal isn't to make a runner into a bodybuilder, it's to build a body that can handle more running.
What's more important, pace or heart rate?
Both can be useful, but the situation matters. In Karachi heat and humidity, forcing a pace can turn an easy session into a hard one. On those days, Faisal would rather control the effort and heart rate than chase a number on the watch.
What if I miss a workout?
Don't panic, and don't try to squeeze every missed kilometer back into the week. One missed workout doesn't ruin a training block. Look at the bigger picture, recover, and continue with the plan.
